Financial Responsibility

A loan beyond the client's means hurts both sides

Advisors at banks, insurers, and lenders learn to assess the ability to repay, explain terms clearly, and deal with early trouble in time. You can also offer your clients a financial literacy academy in your brand.

Unpaid invoices on a desk

Who it's for

Three groups, three different needs

Advisors and partner network

How to explain a loan, insurance, or savings so the client understands the costs and risks, and recommend a product that fits their situation.

Lending departments

Assessing the ability to repay, warning signs of over-indebtedness, and an early solution for a client in trouble, such as a deferral or a longer term.

Clients

A financial literacy academy you offer on your website and in your app: budgeting, saving, responsible borrowing, and protection from fraud.

Hands-on practice

Situations that recur at the branch and on the phone

01

A client wants a bigger loan than they can carry

How to explain why a higher installment would put their budget at risk, and offer an option they can manage.

02

The first missed payment

A conversation that neither shames nor scares the client and leads to a repayment agreement, not to lost contact.

03

Signing without reading

How to check, for loans and insurance alike, that the client understands the costs, exclusions, and what they are signing.

04

A client rushing to move their savings

How to recognize that a fraudster is behind the rush, and talk to the client so they stop the payment in time.

For every situation you see what makes it worse and what helps, including why. The exam tests both theory and decision-making in practice.

Certification

Verifiable training for advisors

We issue the certificate once the program is completed and the final exam passed. It has a unique number, a QR code, and a public verification page where regulators, management, and clients can check it is valid.

FAQ

What people ask most often

Who is the Financial Responsibility program for, and what does it teach?

The program is for advisors at banks, insurers, and lenders, their partner networks, and lending departments. Participants learn to explain terms clearly, assess the ability to repay, spot warning signs of over-indebtedness, and protect clients from fraud.

How do we offer the financial literacy academy to our clients?

The financial literacy academy runs in your brand on its own subdomain. Clients find courses there on budgeting, saving, borrowing, managing debt, and protection from fraud. You link to it from your website, your app, or the emails you send them.

How do we roll out the program across our branches and partner network?

You invite advisors to the academy in bulk, including external partners. The overview shows who has completed the program, who has passed the exam, and whose certificate is about to expire. The partner API passes progress and results into your systems.

How do we show a regulator or an auditor that our advisors are trained?

Every advisor who completes the program and passes the final exam receives a certificate with a unique number, a validity period, and a public verification page. You also have completion records and exports for internal audits and regulatory reviews.

Will you adapt the content to our products, procedures, and languages?

Yes. We adapt the content to your products, internal procedures, and the markets you operate in. We do not translate it literally but tailor it to each country. You set up the academy's look yourself: logo, colors, languages, and your own subdomain.

We'll build an academy for your network

In your brand, with your products, and in the languages you need. For branch staff, external partners, and clients.
