Responsible Drinking
One address on the label, every market in its own language
Put your own academy's QR code on the label, and customers learn in their own language how to enjoy your drinks responsibly. You already have distribution: the bottle reaches the markets on its own. The academy also serves venue staff and your team.
Who it's for
One academy for customers, venue staff, and your team
Your brand's customers
The QR code on the label brings them into your academy. In their own language, they learn how alcohol affects them, where their limit is, and which myths are false.
Bar and restaurant staff
For venues that pour your drinks. Staff learn to look after guests, suggest a non-alcoholic option or food, and check age politely.
Your sales and marketing
Sales reps, sales staff, and marketing learn to talk about your drinks responsibly and to recognize where alcohol advertising has its limits.
Hands-on practice
Situations customers and staff run into
01
Friends suggest coffee to sober up
Why neither coffee nor a cold shower sobers you up faster, and what to plan ahead, such as the way home.
02
A guest asks for a non-alcoholic option
How to recommend a non-alcoholic beer, wine, or mixed drink that the guest will enjoy just as much.
03
A celebration runs late into the night
How to tell it's time to slow down and offer water, food, or a non-alcoholic drink in time, so the evening ends well.
04
Staff aren't sure of a guest's age
How to ask for ID politely so the guest doesn't feel embarrassed, and what to offer if they don't have it on them.
For every situation you see what helps and what doesn't, with an explanation of why. The final exam tests both theory and decision-making in practice.

FAQ
What people ask most often
How do we get the academy onto our label?
You set up the academy's look yourself, or we build it for you turnkey. It runs on your own domain or a subdomain, and you put its QR code or address on the label or packaging. Customers scan the code with their phone, and the academy opens in their language. You can add content without changing the label.
Which languages and markets does the academy cover?
One address on the label serves every market you export to. We agree on the languages based on those markets and adapt the content to each country, because rules and customs around alcohol differ. So you don't have to commission consumer education separately in each market.
What will customers find in the academy?
Customers find lessons on how alcohol affects them, where their limit is, which myths are false, and what non-alcoholic alternatives exist. The lessons include practical situations, such as a celebration or the trip home. Anyone who completes the program and passes the final exam receives a certificate.
Can we offer the academy to venues that pour our drinks?
Yes. You invite the venues that pour your drinks into the academy, and you can pay for their staff's training. Staff learn to look after guests, suggest a non-alcoholic option or food, recognize when it's time to slow down, and check age politely.
How do we know the academy is working?
The overview shows how many people completed the program and passed the final exam. For venue staff and your own team, you also know who holds a valid certificate and whose certificate is expiring. The partner API can pass progress and results to your systems.
We'll build an academy for your brand
For customers, venue staff, and your own team. In your brand, in the languages of your markets, and with content adapted for each country.
