What people ask most often
Who is the program for?
The program is for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians at the counter and for pharmacy managers who set the standard at their branch. A pharmacy chain or pharmaceutical company can also educate customers in the academy, for example on why to tell the pharmacist about all the medicines they take.
Does the program replace a pharmacist's professional training?
No. The program does not replace the professional qualifications of pharmacists or pharmacy technicians; it adds communication at the counter: what to ask the customer, how to explain a risk clearly, how to correct misinformation, and when to recommend a doctor.
Can we as a pharmaceutical company offer the program to partner pharmacies?
Yes. We build the academy in your brand and you invite the pharmacies. We add content on the correct use of your products based on approved product information and on what to ask the customer about them. You see who has completed the program, and staff earn a verifiable certificate.
How do we roll out the program chain-wide and document the training?
The academy runs online, so staff can sign in from any branch. Management sends invitations and sees who has completed the program and whose certificate is expiring. Certificates have a unique number and a public verification page, so you can document the training at any time.
Can we adapt the program to our brand, product range, and languages?
Yes. You set the logo, colors, languages, and your own subdomain yourself, or we build a turnkey academy for you. We don't translate the content literally but adapt it for each country, because the rules for dispensing medicines differ. We add situations based on your product range and customers.
