Responsible Gaming

Spot risky behavior before it deepens

Floor staff, support, and marketing are in contact with players every day. The program teaches them to recognize the signs of risky play, talk about limits, and offer help in time. It ends with an exam and a certificate. You can open the academy to players too.

Gaming hall at night

Who it's for

Three roles, three different needs

Floor staff and support

How to spot the signs of risky play at the counter and in chat, talk calmly about limits, and offer a break or self-limitation in time.

Marketing and product

Boundaries for messaging and bonuses, who should not get offers, and a product setup that makes limits, breaks, and self-exclusion easy to find.

Compliance and leadership

One standard across all locations and online channels, an overview of who has completed the program, and verifiable records for the regulator.

Hands-on practice

Situations that keep coming up at the counter and in chat

01

A player wants a higher limit after a loss

How to calmly explain the rules for changing a limit and, instead of arguing, offer a break or a deposit summary.

02

Chasing losses in a support chat

How to spot the typical pattern in a player's messages and which phrases calm the situation instead of escalating it.

03

Suspected play with someone else's money

What to check, how to ask the player without accusing them, and who to hand it over to under internal procedures.

04

A self-exclusion request

How to handle the request right away and respectfully, what to explain, and where to refer the player for professional help.

For every situation you see what makes it worse and what helps, including why. The final exam tests both theory and decision-making in practice.

Certification

Verifiable training for your team

We issue the certificate once the program is completed and the final exam is passed. It has a unique number, a QR code, and a public page where regulators and partners can check whether it is valid, expired, or revoked.

FAQ

What people ask most often

Who in our company is the program for?

The program is for everyone who talks to players or makes decisions about offers and the product: floor staff, customer support, marketing, the product team, compliance, and leadership. Each role learns what it actually deals with at work.

What will floor staff and customer support learn?

Floor staff and support learn to recognize the signs of risky play, such as chasing losses or growing deposits. They find out how to talk calmly about limits, when to offer a break, self-limitation, or self-exclusion, and who to hand the situation to. They practice it all on situations from daily operations.

How do we roll the program out across all locations and online support?

You set up the academy's look yourself: logo, colors, languages, and your own subdomain. Or we build it for you turnkey. You invite people from all locations and online support. We align the content with your procedures, so one standard applies everywhere and leadership sees who has completed the program.

How do we show the regulator that our people are trained?

Anyone who completes the program and passes the final exam receives a certificate. It has a unique number, a QR code, and a public page showing whether it is valid. The partner API passes progress and results to your systems, so you have verifiable records for the regulator and for audits.

Can we offer the academy to our players too?

Yes. There is a separate program for players: how bets, casino games, and lotteries work, how to keep budget and emotions in check, and why it makes sense to set limits. We adapt the content to your products, and you offer it to players under your own brand.

We'll build an academy for staff and players

In your brand, following your procedures, and in the languages of the markets where you operate. For floor staff, online support, and players.
