Credit your client understands before signing.
A short guide built on the figures of their own offer. In your brand, with a record for your file.
How much your client receives, how much they pay in total and when: they go through it all on their phone before signing. They see that you help them understand the offer, and you keep a record of what they were shown and confirmed.
Default set-up. We adapt the guide to what you and your clients need.
An independent educational product of the responsiblo platform. It does not approve or recommend credit.
Why before signing
Your client signs figures. Do they understand them?
A credit offer is full of terms: principal, costs, total amount, payment dates. It is easy to focus only on how much you receive. The guide shows your client how much they pay in total, when the money needs to be ready and what to do if something goes wrong. With their own figures, not a generic example.
3 lessons
videos of about two minutes, with subtitles
8 situations
with the figures of their offer
No name or ID number
just your client reference and application number
What you gain
Your client sees that you deal openly and can ask before signing. If they ask for an explanation, you get an automatic notification and can reply. Every offer comes with a walkthrough record.
Which credit the guide is for
A loan repaid in one payment, on a set date or within a set number of days of payout
A loan repaid in instalments on a schedule

Who the guide is for
Credit and mortgage providers
Before signing, send your client a link to the guide with the figures of their offer. They know what they are signing, and you keep a walkthrough record with the contract.
Loan applicants
You receive the guide from your provider. No registration, no payment. You go through the figures of your offer and can ask your provider before you sign.
What your client sees
Step by step, with the figures of their own offer
A sample from the loan guide in its default set-up.
- 1 Lesson How can I tell what a loan costs
- 2 Lesson What a repayment commitment means
- 3 Lesson What to check before signing
- 4 Practice 8 situations
- 5 Quiz 3 questions
- 6 Your offer
We prepare the guide around your product. You switch the check questions on or off and set the contact and the return to your website yourself.
How can I tell what a loan costs
Knowing how much you borrow is not enough; you also need to know how much you repay and when.
A video of about 2 minutes and a short text to read
- What principal and interest are
- What the APR (RPSN) means
- How much they receive, pay in total and when
Remember
“Watch the price in koruna and the conditions it applies under.”
Your example
How much they receive, how much they pay in total and the difference in koruna.
What a repayment commitment means
A loan has to be repaid from money that will really be available.
A video of about 2 minutes and a short text to read
- One payment or instalments
- Why a low instalment does not show the total cost
- Payments alongside everyday expenses
Remember
“What matters is the whole payment obligation and its due date, not just the size of one instalment.”
Your example
Their payment dates and the largest payment next to a model budget. No “you can or cannot afford it” verdict.
What to check before signing
A general explanation does not replace the terms of the specific loan.
A video of about 2 minutes and a short text to read
- Amount, price, dates and how to repay
- An extension is not a given
- Ask early when something is unclear
Remember
“If something is unclear, it is right to ask before the contract is signed.”
Your example
Figures to compare with the documents, and links to your documents.
The video plays only when clicked and has subtitles. Below it is an article to read.
Practice
Decisions in a dry run, before real money is at stake
Your client tries out what their credit means in everyday life. Each situation shows a simulated banking app with the figures of their offer; “Income drops” adds the model budget from the lesson. It offers two answers and explains straight away which is right and why.
- What the loan costs you
- When the money needs to be ready
- Pay day comes later
- Income drops
- A payment is late
- Extending the due date
- Two options
- The summary and the contract differ
Three check questions
After the lessons and practice, three questions with no score and no timer. Attempts are unlimited and the client always sees the explanation. After a mistake they can go back to the lesson.
The guide gives no score or grade; the record holds what was shown and how the client answered.
End of the guide
Their offer, their confirmation
At the end your client sees the details of their offer exactly as you sent them: how much they receive, how much they pay in total if they repay on time, when and how they pay, your documents, your notice and how to reach you. The client ticks the confirmation themselves.
The client confirms they went through the offer.
A question before the signature.
The client comes back to you to sign.
Sample with a fictitious brand. The figures come from your client's offer.
In your brand
In your brand, under your name
The guide carries your logo, colours and name. Your client sees your name on the offer and on the contact button and returns to your page when done. responsiblo appears in the header as the operator of the guide.
- Name, product and repayment type one payment or instalments
- Contact and opening hours phone, e-mail and when you are available
- Short notice your text next to the offer summary
- Check questions on or off
- How the client reaches you “Contact …” or “I need an explanation”
- Return to you your address and a countdown
Changes apply to new offers. Your logo, contact mode and return apply straight away.
For your company

-
The client goes through the guide.
You pass the link on through your app, website, e-mail or text message as a step before signing.
-
You get a notification and the record.

Compliance and record
A clear explanation before signing. And a record of the walkthrough.
Your client gets a clear explanation built on the figures of their own offer, in your brand, and confirms in a set wording that they went through the explanation and the offer summary. It shows that you treat your clients responsibly. The walkthrough is recorded: what they were shown, how they answered and when they confirmed.
If a client later says they did not understand the terms, the record kept in your file shows what they were shown and when, and what they confirmed. It can serve as supporting material for a complaint and before the Czech Financial Arbitrator.
- No client name, e-mail or ID number, just your own client reference and application number.
- The confirmation is not pre-ticked and is not a contract signature.
- We keep the record for the period you set and then delete it; you save it to your file right after completion.
The record shows what the client was shown and what they confirmed, not whether they read it. The guide does not assess creditworthiness, approve or recommend credit, or rate the client. This page is not legal advice.

FAQ
What you ask most often
Does the client create an account or pay anything?
No. The client receives a link from you, registers nothing and pays nothing.
What client data do you send us?
Only your own client reference, the application number, the offer figures and links to your documents. No name, e-mail, ID number or account number. We do not store your documents.
Does the guide approve credit or assess the client?
No. The guide explains and records. It does not assess creditworthiness, approve or recommend credit. The decision and the contract stay with you.
What does the record contain and how does it help?
When the client started, what they were shown, how they answered including attempts, the offer figures as they saw them, the confirmation in its exact wording, the completion time and any request for an explanation. It belongs in your file and can serve as supporting material if the client complains or turns to the Czech Financial Arbitrator. Save it right after completion.
What if the offer changes?
A changed offer is a new offer, and the client goes through the guide with the new figures. The earlier completion stays in the record. You can cancel an offer the client has not yet completed.
Can we adapt the guide to our product?
Yes. We fine-tune the content with you to fit what you need. You set the check questions, contact, a short notice and the return to your website yourself.
Does the guide work for mortgages too?
For a mortgage, we build the guide with you around your product. The default set-up is for loans.
In which language does the client go through the guide?
In Czech, with the offer in Czech koruna. If you also operate elsewhere, write to us.
Is your question missing? Write to us and we will reply within two working days. Ask a question →
