What people ask most often
Who issues the certificate?
Every certificate is issued by responsiblo. When a partner organization offers the program, it is named on the certificate too, but only as a partner. So verification does not rest on the company's word but on a public page anyone can check.
How long is the certificate valid?
The validity is set by the program and is always shown on the certificate and on the verification page. When it ends, the page shows that the certificate has expired. The holder can then complete the program again and get a new one.
Is a responsiblo certificate an officially recognized qualification?
No. The certificate proves that the holder completed the program and passed the final exam. It is not a state or officially recognized qualification but verifiable proof of training that anyone can check by its number.
What if I lose my certificate?
You will find the certificate in your account, where you can download it again at any time. Its number is enough for verification: anyone who knows it can verify the certificate on the public page, even without a paper copy.
Can our organization's own program be certified too?
Yes. We build the program on your content or on the content for your field, add a final exam, and the certification runs under the same verification rules as every other program.
