What people ask most often
Is certificate verification free?
Yes. Verification is public, free, and requires no registration. The certificate number or QR code is enough. An employer, a client, a regulator, or anyone else can verify it at any time without our help.
What does the verification page show?
For a valid certificate you see the holder's name, the program, the issuer, the completion date, and the validity. The page does not show exam scores or any other personal data that verification does not need.
What does it mean if a certificate is not found?
The number does not match any issued certificate. First check that you copied it exactly. If you scanned it from a QR code and the certificate still cannot be found, it may be a forgery. In that case, please report it.
Why can't I see the reason for a revoked certificate?
We do not publish the reason for revocation, to protect the holder's personal data. The verification page clearly says that the certificate was revoked and cannot be used as proof, which is all you need to decide.
Can I verify a Safeguardingo certificate here?
No. This page recognizes Safeguardingo codes and points you to their own verification page. responsiblo certificates are verified here, by a number with the prefix RSP.
